In the segment, she revealed that her lips are “enhanced”. When the host wanted to know why women don’t often speak about such beauty surgeries, Pavitra replied, “For fear of being criticised.” She added that her mother had advised her to embrace whatever God has naturally given to a person. However, she had the perfect answer to the suggestion.

Pavitra Punia concluded by saying that if anyone feels insecure about their body at any point in life, they are allowed to enhance themselves as they wish. "So if you feel that anywhere in your life it is making you insecure and less confident in any situation, you are allowed to enhance it. But be ready to accept it as well. This is what people don't understand, especially my celeb friends. There are a lot of viewers who think you are their role model," she said.
