TV actor Vikas Sethi dies at the age of 48
Actor Vikas Sethi, best known for his roles in shows such as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kahin To Hoga, passed away on September 8 in Mumbai.
Actor Vikas Sethi, best known for starring in several popular daily soaps such as ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ and ‘Kahin To Hoga’, died on Sunday, September 8, reportedly due to a heart attack. He was 48.
It is being said that the actor died in his sleep. His body has been sent to Cooper Hospital for post-mortem.
In 2021, the actor had undergone a surgery on his leg and shared a video on his social media platform about the same. Vikas shared that he was determined to make a full recovery, and often shared fitness and motivational videos on his Instagram handle.
Industry sources told India Today that the actor was suffering from depression and was facing financial difficulties. Some time ago, he turned a producer and launched the production house, CK Pictures.
One of his last posts featured him with his mother. The two were seen celebrating Mother’s Day together. Vikas captioned the post, “Happy Mother’s Day. Mom love you (sic).”

Talking about work, apart from TV shows, Vikas has also worked in films and has played lead roles in films like Oops!, Deewaanapan and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.
Vikas Sethi’s family consists of his wife Jhanvi and their twin children.
