Avinash Tiwari and Tripti Dimri’s debut film ‘Laila Majnu’ is all set to re-release in Kashmir. Bollywood films have started gaining popularity among the audience in Kashmir. After the reopening of cinemas in the valley, Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Rockstar’, which was shot in Kashmir, has received tremendous love.

Encouraged by the positive reception of ‘Rockstar’, ‘Laila Majnu’ is now being re-introduced to audiences in Kashmir. Imtiaz Ali’s film was also shot in the valley. Known for its stunning visuals and heart-touching performances, the film has high expectations from the local audience.

‘Laila Majnu’ will release in Srinagar theatres on August 2. The film was originally released in September 2018. Presented by Imtiaz Ali, it was directed by Sajid Ali and produced by Ekta Kapoor.

Meanwhile, Avinash Tiwary’s last film ‘Madgaon Express’ was a huge hit, last week Tripti’s film ‘Bad News’ released which also stars Vicky Kaushal and Amy Virk. After ‘Laila Majnu’, Tripti and Avinash worked together in ‘Bulbul’.
