Chipmaker NVidia’s stake in the US “not on the table” Treasury Secretary Scott Besent said Wednesday.
“I don’t think Nvidia needs financial support, so she doesn’t think at the table right now,” she said in an interview on the Fox Business “Mornings with Maria” program.
Besent raised the probability that the administration could take a stake in other industries.
“There may be other industries where we are shifting, something like a ship building? Sure,” said Besent.
