Tourist family, starring Sasikumar and Simran in the lead roles, continues well at the box office. The family heart -wrenching drama directed by Abhishan Jeevantha began on a low note, but thanks to his positive reception among the audience, a strong total in its three weeks.
Bancharole, by Million Dollar Studio and MRP Entertainment, the film has crossed a mark of Rs 75 crore at the global box office. There is still some fuel left in it and has a capacity to hit a hit of about Rs 90 crore to Rs 100 crore by the end of its global dramatic run.
However, it is a bit difficult to kill the century mark as the film will face a new rival with Kamal Haasan’s thug life from June 6, which will catch most of the screen.
The Sasikumar starrer has already emerged as a blockbuster. This has exceptionally performed and has lasting its rival release, retro’s Tamil Nadu box office collections. It has earned around Rs 52 crore from its home turf, which is a major achievement for such a small film, that too, in a clash landscape.
It will be interesting to see how the film keeps the film in the coming days. It is still about two weeks to get concrete traction at the box office before ending your dramatic trip.
