She is seen performing a special Nordic exercise under the expertise of her trainer. We can see Kriti exercising on top of a machine as she performs Nordic curls. The exercise specifically targets the hamstrings and strengthens the core muscles. It is also said to be one of the most challenging hamstring curl variations.
