Victoria Jones, daughter of veteran Hollywood actor Tommy Lee Jones, has reportedly died after being found unconscious in a San Francisco hotel. According to reports, the incident took place in the early hours of New Year’s Day at the Fairmont San Francisco, a luxury property in the city. She was 34 years old.
According to TMZ, emergency responders were alerted to a medical situation at the hotel just before 3 a.m. The San Francisco Fire Department later confirmed that paramedics arrived at the location, evaluated the man and pronounced him dead at the scene. Authorities later notified the San Francisco Police Department and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, who took over the investigation.
Police officers reached the hotel immediately after the emergency call and an investigation was launched to determine the circumstances surrounding the death. Although the cause has not yet been disclosed, local reports indicate that investigators do not suspect any foul play this time. No further details have been released as the investigation continues.
Victoria Jones was the daughter of Academy Award-winning actor Tommy Lee Jones (79) and his ex-wife Kimberly Cloggly. He is also survived by his older brother, Austin Jones. Although she has largely remained out of the public eye in recent years, Victoria gained early experience in the entertainment industry and began acting for a short time.
She appeared alongside her father in Men in Black II in 2002 and subsequently appeared in several projects released in 2005, including One Tree Hill, The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, and Sorry, Haters. In previous interviews, Tommy Lee Jones spoke proudly of his daughter’s talents, highlighting her linguistic skills and dedication to her art. The three burials of Melquiades Estrada were of particular importance, as they were directed by Jones himself. Representatives for Tommy Lee Jones have not yet released any public statement.
