Thug Life Box Office Day 4: Rs 36 crore for Kamal Haasan’s film, lowest in 5 years

Actor Kamal Haasan and director Mani Ratnam’s recent offering, ‘Thug Life’, failed to rake the 50 crore rupees at the domestic box office in their early weekends. According to the tracking website, SacnilkThe film grossed Rs 36.52 crore in its four -day early weekends. With mixed reviews, everyone’s eyes are on ‘thugs’ and hold on it in the week.
On Sunday (June 4), the Emotional Gangster Drama increased by Rs 6.12 crore in India, with most of the Tamil edition contribution. Whereas, the producers expected a number of inclination during Saturday and Sunday, the film earned Rs 7.75 crore and Rs 6.12 crore respectively.
Given that ‘Thug Jeevan’ includes the names of two biggest legends, Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam, this number rarely does any justice.

His previous release, ‘Vikram’ (2022), which was a blockbuster hit, collected a network of Rs 110.8 crore in its three -day early weekends in India.
Keeping in mind the last two releases, ‘Thug Life’ is weakening at the box office. The film is receiving a lukewarm reaction equally from critics and audiences. If the film fails to maintain its speed during the week, it is likely to be a disadvantage venture for producer Kamal Haasan.
