During the days when Salman Khan was promoting his 2014 film Kick, he was interviewed by Imtiaz Azim. Speaking to the journalist, the superstar revealed why he avoids promoting films at grand events. Khan said that if he goes to a shopping mall, people who come for shopping or sightseeing are unable to do so because of the huge crowd that gathers there.

He is also scared for the children and elderly people present at the venue who suddenly get trapped in the crowd. The Tiger 3 actor further said that there are also many women in such public places who may be harassed by others if such a chaotic situation happens. Khan also highlighted how people started following their vehicles from the airport to the venue and then back to the airport. The kind of careless driving that some people do can be life threatening.

Therefore, he cannot deal with all this stress and tension. “Don’t do it because we have a city visit and promotion. It is not worth it at all if a child loses his life. (Don’t do it because it’s our city tour and promotion but amidst the chaos, a child can lose his life and it’s not worth it), the actor revealed in the old interview.
