Aishwarya Rai Bachchan often makes headlines for her personal and professional life. The former beauty queen married actor Abhishek Bachchan in 2007. The couple has a daughter named Aaradhya Bachchan. After the release of her 2007 film, Guru, Aishwarya once gave a brutal response to her husband, Abhishek, about losing herself in her marriage with her children. Let’s take a look.

During a press conference for her international tour, The Unforgettables, after marriage, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was questioned about losing herself with marriage.

Abhishek, who was sitting right next to his wife Aishwarya at the event, decided not to answer this “personal question”. The beauty queen responded to the reporter by saying, “I am waiting for children. I am enjoying marriage. There is no question of losing myself in this.”

Meanwhile, during an interview with Indian Express in 2022, Abhishek Bachchan was asked if he ever helped his daughter Aaradhya complete her homework. To which, Abhishek called his wife, Aishwarya Rai, “the best teacher in the world” and said that she does the same.

Abhishek and Aishwarya welcomed their daughter Aaradhya in 2011. Amid rumors of their separation, the Devdas actress wore her wedding ring at Paris Fashion Week in France last month.

On the work front, Aishwarya Rai was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s 2023 film, Ponniyin Selvan: II. She is known for films like Devdas, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Josh, Taal, Mohabbatein, Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai, Jazbaa.

Aishwarya and Abhishek have worked together in films like Guru, Raavan, Dhoom 2, Kuch Na Kaho, Dhai Akshar Prem Ke and Umrao Jaan.

Abhishek Bachchan made his debut in 2000 with Refugee opposite then newcomer Kareena Kapoor.
