Actor Hrithik Roshan is considered the ‘Greek God of Bollywood’. Apart from his acting, the superstar also has amazing dancing skills, which he often shows off in his films. While Hrithik follows a protein-rich diet and eats low-moderate carbs to stay fit, the actor is a big fan of Indian snacks. The Fighter actor once revealed about his eating habit that he can eat 8 samosas in one go. Don’t forget to check out his funny reply at the end.
In an old interview with Zoom, Hrithik Roshan had professed his love for samosas during the promotions of his 2017 film Kaabil. When asked how many samosas he can eat in one go, the Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham actor initially revealed that he can eat 25 pieces.
Hrithik said, “Whenever I watch a movie, I start with 4 samosas and each one has two samosas. This way there are a total of 8 samosas. I sit with only this many samosas.” His co-star Yami Gautam was also surprised to hear this.
The interviewer asked, “Where does it go?” to which the Kaabil actor quipped, “Inside me.” Yami Gautam, who was sitting with him during the promotions, reacted to Hrithik’s love for samosas by saying that it reminds the actress of her past.
This will remind you of Hrithik Roshan’s character Rohan Raichand in the first part of Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, who is a huge foodie. Remember how Hrithik’s childhood character Rohan (played by child actor Kavish Majumdar) ate burgers, laddoos and what not?
Directed by Sanjay Gupta, Kaabil featured Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam in the lead roles. The 2017 film also featured Ronit Roy and Rohit Roy in pivotal roles. The story of Kaabil revolves around Hrithik’s character Rohan Bhatnagar, a blind dubbing artist. Yami was cast as his on-screen wife Supriya Bhatnagar in the film. It was produced by Hrithik’s father, actor-filmmaker Rakesh Roshan.
Hrithik Roshan will next be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s directorial film War 2. It is a sequel to the 2019 film War directed by Siddharth Anand. Hrithik will also make a cameo in Yash Raj Films’ upcoming spy thriller Alpha, starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari in the lead roles.
