Celebrated dining spot 360° at The Oberoi, New Delhi, recently introduced a new menu that is all about bringing cuisines from around the world to your plate. The restaurant’s latest offering aims to blend global flavours with local spices, featuring a variety of dishes inspired by travel, culture and nostalgia. Stepping into 360°, you notice a space that is both stylish and welcoming. The décor is sophisticated and cosy, setting the stage for a culinary adventure that blends sophistication and comfort.
The menu takes you on a delicious journey, starting with a variety of international salads, sandwiches and meze. You’ll find Il Tricolore from Italy and Yum Som O with Thai pomelo and shrimp. These dishes are meant to pique your interest and provide a light, refreshing start to your meal.
Open Faced Khameera Sandwich
Moving on from starters, the menu serves savoury dishes. The tandoor section has a variety of kebabs that reflect the grandeur of old havelis and community kitchens. Despite being traditional, the presentation has a tadka of modernity, reflecting the restaurant’s penchant for innovation.
Inspired by Seven Samurai, the Japanese section serves sushi platters and kare udon. These dishes are well-crafted, though they may not fully capture the depth of authenticity you’d find at a specialty Japanese spot. Still, the 360° Signature Black Cod and Zen Chicken Rice shine with balanced flavors and elegant presentation.

Carpesco
The Italian section offers wood-fired pizzas and a Western grill with a Josper oven. The pizzas are tasty, but may not stand out from a typical pizzeria. Similarly, the Norwegian salmon and Australian lamb chops are well-cooked but fail to distinguish themselves from the city’s other top-end grill options.

Pizza Regina Margherita
A trip to the menu in Thailand and Indonesia offers a mix of curry, rice and noodles. Despite being aromatic and delicious, some dishes may fall short of the tangy authenticity that can enhance the experience.
The desserts stole the show, with the Chocolate Maze and Tropical Sunset providing a sweet finale. The Good Old Gulab Jamun and Baileys Pour Over offered a modern take on classic Indian flavours.
Overall, the new 360° menu is a solid attempt at a global culinary tour. While it may not push the boundaries of fine dining, it does offer a diverse array of dishes that cater to a variety of tastes. With its commitment to organic and sustainable ingredients, as well as a charming ambiance, this restaurant remains a great choice for both relaxed dinners and important business meals.
