This will ensure that Favad Khan’s Abir Gulal is not released in India: Film Federation
In response to the Pahalgam terror attack, FWIC has banned Pakistani artists, and is working to block the release of Fawad Khan’s film Abir Gulal in India.

In view of the Pahalgam terrorist attack, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has announced a blanket ban on all Pakistani artists. It has also said in a statement that all necessary steps will be taken to ensure that the upcoming film, Abir Gulal, which is mainly included with Wani Kapoor, is not released in India.
“The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) strongly condemns the heinous and cowardly attack on innocent tourists in Pahalgam, Kashmir,” the note read. “This hateful act, Pakistan -based terrorist organization Lashkar -e -Tabiba (Late) resistance front (TRF) -A was claimed by a proxy -On February 14, 2019, resonating the terror of the Pulwama attack, targets a religious community, which claimed the life of 40 CRPF Carmel.”
“In view of these repeated attacks, FWICE confirmed its unwavering commitment to national interest and solidarity. We repeat our instructions, originally released on February 18, 2019, all Pakistan are calling for complete non-cooperation with artists, singers and technicians within the Indian film and entertainment industry.”
FWIC also took a stand against Abir Gulal, stating, “Despite this ongoing instruction, we have been informed with recent cooperation. Pakistani actor Fawad Khan for Hindi film Abir GulalIn the light of a recent attack in Pahalgam, FWIC has once again been forced to release a blanket boycott on all Pakistani artists, singers and technicians at any Indian film or entertainment projects. This includes performance or cooperation anywhere in the world. ,
The statement further mentions, “FWIS would like to emphasize that any member of our organization or its concerned unions such as actors, directors, other technicians and producers or production houses were found collaborating with Pakistani personnel. Next, we will take all the necessary steps to ensure that Abir Galal is not released in India.”

It was concluded, “The nation comes even before.
Abir Gulal has been slated for release of May 9 worldwide. It includes Wani Kapoor, Soni Razdan and Riddhi Dogra in the lead roles.
At least 26 people are feared to be dead in a terrorist attack targeting tourists in Pahgam in Jammu and Kashmir. The worst attack in Jammu and Kashmir – on Tuesday afternoon at around 2:30 pm, when a group of militants set fire to tourists at the Besaran meadow in Pahgam, wearing fatigue clothes.
