When juicy patties with crunchy vegetables, flavourful sauces and melt-in-the-mouth cheese are sandwiched between toasted buns, the taste and texture can make anyone’s mouth water. But to experience the magic of a “real cheeseburger,” you’ll have to go to Tokyo. Why? Recently, a social media user posted a video on Instagram demonstrating a unique cheeseburger preparation at American diner Andra in Tokyo.

The video starts with the chef adding a tablespoon of cheese sauce to a hot pan. Notice the bubbles rising from the pan? We can only imagine how amazing it would smell. After this, the cook sprinkles something like spices to enhance the taste. Next, he dips a burger in cheese sauce, cuts it in half and stuffs it with meat.
