Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah is known for his honesty, and he recently opened his busy work program about toll, taking them once. Speaking openly, Shah said, “There is no bad torture in the world” three films shooting in a day. In a cruel honest reflection, he revealed that there was a time in his career when he took back-to-back films for money only, a decision that he now watches with regret.
Shah explained how Hoping continuously tired him from one film to another. “I was just working in many cute films for money. And I realized that no amount is worth this pain,” he accepted.
According to the actor, the pressure was not just about performing, including wasting time in the routine that felt meaningless. He remembered how long the day was spent on the set how much time of sociality, having breakfast, enjoying the environment and really working before working.
His wife, actor Ratna Pathak Shah had a different experience. She shared on the Aadyam Theater YouTube podcast that she never had to bear the chaos of three shifts in a day like her husband. He believed that by doing fewer projects, he was allowed to be right for his craft. Although he admitted that most of his work was not of the highest quality, he emphasized that the result would never feel correct until he did his entire attempt.
Ratna also expressed that because she played such a low roles, she found it impossible to cut the corners. He mentioned that while four shift actors in a day could be tempted to escape through roles, they felt a strong responsibility when a good project came after years a good project came.
At the FICCI Flow Hyderabad Summit, Ratna also reflected her marriage, admitting that Naseeruddin was once eliminated by focusing unwavering focus on her work. However, she came with it over time.
