Taapsee Pannu is back with the sequel of the 2021 romantic thriller film Haseen Dillruba. Directed by Jayapradha Desai, Phir Ii Haseen Dillruba is all set to release on August 9, 2024. But before the audience can enjoy the film in theatres, the team hosted its star-studded screening in Mumbai.
The lead actress of the film, Taapsee Pannu stole the show at the event. She wore a black floor-length dress for the special night. Her dress also had a red fabric with a big red rose on it. She kept her makeup bright, with kohl-lined eyes and nude lips, and tied her hair in a high ponytail.
He was accompanied by his co-stars Vikrant Massey and Sunny Kaushal. The 12th Fail actor decided to wear a beige suit with a white shirt and brown striped tie while the Shiddat actor was seen in an all-black outfit. Pannu will reprise her role as Rani Saxena, Massey will play the role of Rishabh Saxena. Sunny, on the other hand, is seen playing the role of Abhimanyu.

Vicky Kaushal attended the event to show his support for his brother Sunny. The Masaan star came dressed in casuals for the premiere. He wore a black hoodie with blue denim and white sneakers. Then came Haseen Dilruba At the event, the actor brothers posed with their parents, father Sham Kaushal and mother Veena Kaushal.

She was joined by the beautiful actress of the Indian film industry, Dia Mirza. She arrived in a comfortable, breezy blue dress and paired it with high heels and a sling bag. The doting mother kept her makeup light and her hair open.
Then arrived actor Aparshakti Khurana, who is known for films like Stree, Luka Chuppi, Pati Patni Aur Woh. The brother of famous actor Ayushmann Khurana wore blue pants with a matching shirt over a white t-shirt, which he matched with his sneakers. With a bright smile, he posed at the event.
He was welcomed by his Stree co-star, actor Abhishek Banerjee. Unlike his simple village boy image in his films, he looked stylish in a black shirt. The Bhediya actor paired it with brown wide-legged pants and it went perfect with his colourful eyewear and shoes.

Actor Jimmy Shergill, who played the role of Mrityunjay Prasad in ‘Phir Aai Haseen Dilruba’, also attended the screening. Apart from him, Punjabi actress Sonam Bajwa, actor couple Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey, Sharad Kelkar, actress and comedian Sumona Chakravarti and others also enjoyed the special premiere.
For the unversed, Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba is set to premiere on Netflix on August 9 (Friday) at 12:30 pm. Taapsee Pannu also has another film titled Khel Khel Mein in the pipeline. Directed by Mudassar Aziz and co-produced by Bhushan Kumar, the comedy film also stars Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Vaani Kapoor, Aditya Seal, Amy Virk and Pragya Jaiswal. It will hit the theatres on August 15, 2024.
