Tiger Warning: S*Xual Abuse is mentioned in this article.
Cassie Ventura returned to the stand on the day 4 of the Federal S*X trafficking trial of the scene “Didi” Comombs for a scary cross-examination on Thursday. Rap Mogul’s defense counsel, Anna Estevao, asked Ventura as to why she was returning to Didi despite her physical and S*Xual abuse during her 11 -year relationship.
Estevao then asked Ventura to read a series of S*Excel clear texts sent to Didi in front of the court room. The defense strategy was to portray the rapper with strange S*xual fantasies as “swinger” and not a criminal.
In one of his books, the singer-model called himself a “very lucky woman”, who is in a relationship with Didi.
In another lesson, she asks Rap Mogul to talk to her every day and does not ignore her. “I haven’t talked to you at all, I know you can take 3 minutes out of your day to talk to me, and you don’t even try,” read the lesson.
Defense wanted to prove that Kaisi participated in Freak-off consent, so Estevao showed the text of Jury, in which it was read, “I am always ready to shut down the lol.”
The exchange got heated when the lawyer pulled a racy 2009 lesson from how to say, “I can’t wait to stare at some big black D*CK.”
Cas, who is currently an eight -month pregnant with her third child with Alex Fine, did not feel comfortable with interrogation and therefore asked the judge to break. He was seen holding his stomach with both his hands at that time.
After the break, the lawyer showed how and the jury showed some other texts, stating that he had trusted the music Mogul. “I think I have to trust you that you only be*xual. Do you know what I mean? To me to be more open with me things that happen to me, this aggressive/ s*xual side is about me,” read the lesson.
Asked if she knows how her trial ruined Didi’s career, how agreed and said why she could understand why.
On Tuesday, Kisi Vishal gave a detailed and emotional testimony about her misuse, which she tolerated during her decade-long relations with Comombs, which lasted from 2007 to 2018.
During the testimony, Ventura described the combs as physically derogatory and emotionally unstable. He said he would kill him to make a “wrong face” or speak him back. Breaking into tears, he recalled, “The best way to describe it is just black. The version I loved is no longer.”
Prosecutors offered new evidence during the test, including surveillance footage and already ignored photographs of an incident in 2016, where Comombs was seen physically attacking with Ventura at a hotel.
