As promised, Vivo today introduced Vivo T4R as the fifth member of the T4 series. It is 7.3 mm thick, weighing 183.5 grams, and it is built around 6.77 “quad-crescent fullHD+ amold display. The screen has a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,800 nets peak brightness, and it is preserved by diamond shield glass, which is made in collaboration with German Glass-Makers.
Under the hood, LPDDR4X is up to 12GB of RAM and UFS 2.2 with 256GB of storage is a SOC of 7400 SoC. The Vivo T4R boots come with the promise of Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 and two years OS upgrade and three-year security updates.
The Vivo T4R’s photography department consists of three cameras – a 32MP selfie camera on the front and a 50MP primary camera on the rear (Sony IMX882, OIS), which is with a 2MP Bokeh unit. A selfie camera, like a primary camera, can record 4K videos. In addition, the smartphone supports underwater photography and multi-focal portrait.
Keeping and running the entire package is a 5,700 mAh battery that draws electricity via USB-C up to 44W. The smartphone also supports bypass charging.
The remaining highlights of Vivo T4R include IP68 and IP69 ratings, MIL-STD-810H certification, an in-display fingerprint scanner and double stereo speakers.
Vivo T4R color options
The Vivo T4R has three memory options – 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB, INR19,499 ($ 220/€ 195), priced at $ 245/€ 215), and identing ($ 270/€ 235). The smartphone will begin on August 5 in Arctic White and Twilight Blue Colors in India, which will begin on August 5 via Vivo’s Indian website, Flipkart and partner retail stores.
If all this finds you familiar, it is because Vivo T4R IQO is a version of the Z10R that recently went on sale in India with the same memory configuration and pricing. However, the Z10R is sold through various sales channels – IQO’s Indian website and Amazon.in in India.
