The US Judge blocks Musk’s Dogi team to access data from Treasury Office

An American judge issued an emergency order on Saturday, showing Elon Musk’s government reform team in court documents, preventing access to individual and financial data stored in the Treasury Department.

US District Judge Paul A. Angelmeyer’s order provides the Treasury department’s payment systems and other data “to detailed all political appointments, special government employees and government employees to detailed from an agency outside the Treasury Department.”

Temporary restrictive order, which remains effective till the hearing of 14 February, also says that any person who has accessed data from the records of the Treasury Department, as Donald Trump was inaugurated as President on 20 January . ,

The world’s richest person, Musk, is leading the federal cost-cutting efforts of Trump under the so-called Government Efficiency Department (DOGE).

The case was brought against Trump, the Treasury Department and Treasury Secretary Scott Besant on Friday by the Attorney General of 19 states.

The Attorney General alleged that the administration violated the law by expanding access to the data of sensitive Treasury Department to the employees from Musk’s Dog.

Angelmeyer’s order stated that the states filed the case, “In the absence of prohibitory relief, there would be irreparable damage.”

He wrote, “It is due to both the risk that the new policy presents about the disclosure of sensitive and confidential information and is the increasing risk that the system in question will be more vulnerable than before hacking,” he wrote.

Musk escaped in the dispute last week, in which he and his team were reaching sensitive data stored in the Treasury Department.

The US Media reported that an internal assessment from the Treasury led the Dog Team’s reach for federal payment systems “the biggest interiors threatened that the bureau of fiscal service had faced.”
