Actor Liam Neesen has joined the classic ‘The Naked Gun’ franchise’s crime comedy reboot. The trailer for the film released by Paramount Pictures is an additional surprise element with the Pamela Anderson the Wild Ride.

In two minutes, in a trailer of one-second, the audience gets a glimpse of the prestigious references from the previous films of the ‘The Naked Gun’ series.

Neesen is introduced as Lieutenant Frank Drebin SR’s son Late Frank Drabin Junior, played by Leslie Nielson at Prequel.

In the indifferent sequence, we see that Drebin saw her father’s pride in front of her father’s picture.

The camera then zoom in a line of detectives who are also doing so in front of other pictures. However, a young detective refuses to respect the portrait of Nordberg (starring OJ Simpson).

The scene is a reference to falling out of grace in Hollywood after being accused of killing his ex -wife and her partner.

‘The Naked Gun’ is a tribute to the fast book action, gunshot, humor and adventure several action franchises, including ‘Mission Impossible’.

To cruel the cruel of criminals for draft laws and rules, ‘The Naked Gun’ brings back the old school humor in one of the most fun on-screen characters in Neson.

Anderson portrayed Neeson’s love interest in the film. He was last seen in the 2024 film The Last Short.

Rapper Basta Rhymes and WWE wrestler Kodi Rhodes also create fun cameos in Nison-Anderson’s Edge-The-Seat Action-comedy.

‘The Naked Gun’ is directed by Akiva Shefer and produced by Seth McFarlen and Erica Hugins. Shefer wrote the script with Dan Gregor and Dag Mand.

Crime Comedy also stars Paul Walter Hausar, CCH Pounder, Kevin Durand, Kodi Rhodes, Lisa Koshi, Eddie U, Danny Huston.

Paramount Pictures India released the film on 1 August 2025.
