The iPhone 17 Pro can spend slightly more than last year’s model, if the latest leakage is to be believed. Although $ 50 may not look like a large -scale jump, it is worth remembering that the iPhone Pro range already sits in a premium bracket, so any increase also makes an expensive phone a pricier. The same leak also brings some good news. Apple is expected to double the base storage from 128GB to 256GB on iPhone 17 Pro, which means that buyers get more space for their money, even though it comes at a high starting price of $ 1,049 in the US.

Now, earlier reports have suggested an increase in the price of $ 50 in line-up, although it is not clear whether the increase is associated with high production costs or global trade tariffs, especially 30 percent of tariffs on recently declared Chinese-made goods in the US to 30 percent tariffs. However, recent reports have also suggested that products such as phones, laptops, cameras and other electronic devices will be exempted from mutual tariffs on India – at least for now.

Coming back to this subject, if we look at the broad iPhone 17 family, it is not only the iPhone 17 Pro model, which is expected to go up in the price. Standard iPhone 17, rumors iPhone 17 Air (as said to be replaced by plus), and iPhone 17 Pro Max can see the same bumps in America. Depending on the previous pricing pattern for the iPhone 16 series, Indian prices can be estimated with appropriate accuracy. The iPhone 17 Air is rumored to start from $ 949, which will translate around Rs 94,900 in India, which is about Rs 5,000 more than the outgoing plus model. The $ 1,049 price tag of the iPhone 17 Pro will be put around Rs 1,21,900 in India, using Apple’s specific high markup for pro devices. For the top-end iPhone 17 Pro Max, the required $ 1,249 US value can see it for about Rs 1,39,900, again a jump of about Rs 5,000 from the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
