Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 Pro can find a large upgrade in charging technology, with reports that the company is testing wireless reverse charging for the device. Reverse wireless charging has been a long -standing roping facility for iPhones, and Apple introduced a limited edition of it in 2021 with the release of the Magsafe Battery Pack. When a charging is connected to the iPhone, the device can power the battery pack, first marks the example of an iPhone gives strength to an accessory. However, Apple closed the Magsafe Battery Pack in 2023 with the launch of the iPhone 15 series, switching to the USB-C.

The iPhone 15 models allow reverse charging up to 4.5W via the USB-C port, but the Magsef Battery Pack has not returned to full wireless reverse charging since phased out. While Apple is allegedly testing this feature for the iPhone 17 Pro, the leak does not confirm whether it will be incorporated on the phone when it is officially launched, which is expected in September 2025. If the feature makes it in the final version of the iPhone 17. Pro, it will be a large upgrade in the wireless charging sector as it will facilitate users who own many Apple devices.

In the relevant news, the upcoming iPhone 17 Air render has been leaked, which may be the next model of Apple, it takes a new look at it. These images shared by John Prosar from Frontpagtech suggest that Apple may plan to offer a different design for the upcoming iPhone 17 Air. One of the most noticeable features shown in the render is the rear camera setup. Unlike other models of Apple, which come up with multiple rear cameras, a single (48-megapixel) rear camera will be placed in the iPhone 17 Air allegedly, a detailed, rectangular camera bar. Surprisingly, the rear module is quite prominent despite only one camera housing at the back. But, it is just a render and not an official image, so users are advised to take fresh design details with a pinch of salt.

In addition, we are likely to see an ultra-skinned body. According to the leak, the phone may have a thickness between 5.5 mm and 6 mm, making it one of the thinning iPhones apples that have ever produced. The iPhone 17 air model is also said to launch in September 2025.
