The trailer of the much-awaited second season of The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show was released today, September 14. The clip shows a star-studded lineup of guests for the upcoming season, including Bollywood actors, Tollywood superstars and cricketers. The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show 2 will start streaming on Netflix from September 21.

Sharing the trailer on his Instagram handle on Saturday, Kapil Sharma wrote, “When your favourite guests meet Kapil and the gang, saturday funnywar banna is sure. Watch #TheGreatIndianKapilShow Season 2 from 21st September, 8 pm, only netflix Equal (Thus).”

The new trailer released by Netflix India gives a glimpse of the star-studded guest list of this season, which includes Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Jr NTR and the T20 World Cup champions along with the cast of The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives.

The trailer shows a funny scene where Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar act dumb. Then, Daffli, played by Sunil Grover, enters and jokingly asks if Alia is a famous actor. She jokingly replies, “Yes, I am Alia Bhatt Kapoor.”

The clip further saw Kapil asking cricketer Rohit Sharma if coming on the show has been a lucky charm for him and the Indian cricket team as they were the T20 World Cup champions. A fun segment also featured the cast of Deewana: Part 1 playing games on stage. Janhvi Kapoor also danced to a popular song from the upcoming film.

The first season of the show premiered in March this year with several guests including Diljit Dosanjh, Parineeti Chopra, Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky and Sunny Kaushal and Imtiaz Ali.
