John Aprea, best known for his roles in ‘The Godfather: Part II’ and the popular television series ‘Full House,’ has died at the age of 83. According to his manager, Will Levin, Aprea died at his home in Los Angeles on August 5. No cause of death was given.
Aprea’s illustrious career spanned several decades, with his role as the young Sal Tessio in “The Godfather: Part II” earning him recognition in one of cinema’s most iconic franchises. He later made a name for himself with television audiences as Nick Katsopolis, the father of John Stamos’ character Jesse, on “Full House.”
