The upcoming comedy drama film The Devil Wears Prada 2 is gearing up for a grand release in a few months and while announcing its ticketing, 20th Century Studios has shared a new trailer with fans of the franchise. It featured the not so great comeback of the Runaways team led by Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep) and Andrea "ANDY" Sex’ (Anne Hathaway) returns to print publication.

In the newly released trailer for The Devil Wears Prada 2, Miranda Priestly, the editor-in-chief of a powerful magazine, aims to save her company no matter what it takes. He is joined by his former intern, Andy Sachs, now a well-established professional who knows his way around the world of fashion and publishing. What he doesn’t expect is that Emily Charlton, a former member of his team and former senior assistant to Miranda Priestly, will have the keys to his life jacket.
They stand silently around her as she wields her wand for access to a luxury brand of funds. But not much can tame the editorial leadership and she, as always, is in control with her dry wit and despite her precarious position. The 1-minute clip flaunts swaths of stylish costumes, the film has a general charm of high-end leanings that is familiar and invigorating to the eyes.
However, the most interesting part of the film comes with the first look at Simone Ashley’s character. The currently unnamed Bridgerton star can be seen sitting right next to Meryl Streep in one scene, loudly yelling and warning her over her choice of words, showing a powerful position. In the second, the English actress is wearing head-to-toe luxury fit, taken from the luxury brand’s collection. Fans are extremely excited to see what she brings to the table.
