Jonas co-stars with Tony Award winner Edrien Warren saw a five-year marriage between the novelist Jamie and the budding actor Kathy with both points of watching the five-year marriage.

The show by composer and writer Jason Robert Brown started in Illinois in 2001 and then reached Off-Broadway the following year. It has become a head in regional cinemas and colleges and is made in a film starring Anna Kandrick and Jeremy Jordan.
“I think the great thing about writing is that it really asks you a lot of questions about yourself,” Jonas says. “And I am definitely looking at such arrivals because I am digging in this work.”
A wedding under stress
Jamie and Kathy’s marriage comes under stress when her career begins and does not have it, shows how imbalance can test a relationship. “I won’t fail so that you can be comfortable, Kathy. I won’t lose because you can’t win,” he tells him.
Brown says, “The way there is a young artist in this business, there was something about him, or to be a young artist in any business,” Brown says. “I think what this show is about, and I think young artists add it as much as they do.”

Warren, who played the Tina Turner, learned about “The Last Five Years” while studying the musical theater at the Marimount Manhattan College.
“I always heard my fellow students singing in class, and so I became a fan of music from a distance,” she says. “I always thought it was an interesting piece. I never thought it was something that I could ever perform or be part of it.”

“I had never done ambition to be broadway music for this piece. It was always a small strange, intimate show.” He says. “I am very protective for my short shows. And at the same time, I will have to let it talk in the world.”
