Veteran Tamil actor Rajesh was known for his impeccable contribution to South Indian cinema. Senior stars appeared in over 150 films in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages, and also made a mark as a dubbing artist and television actor. He died on May 29, 2025.

Actor Rajesh died at the age of 75 in the early hours of May 29, 2025. He was hospitalized due to high blood pressure issues and was eventually succumbed to respiratory complications.
Actor Rajesh’s important film career of 50 years
Born in 1949, Rajesh, also known as Rajesh Williams, made her acting debut with the film Everal Oru Thodarakathai, who was a film, which paved the way for her remarkable success. It was in 1979 that he played his first lead role in the film Kanni Paruvathil.
Over the years, he appeared in many films and collaborated with Rajinikanth, Thalapathi Vijay, Mohanlal, Vijay Sethupathi, and many more.
Rajesh’s personal life
Rajesh married Jone Sylvia Vanthiyar in 1983, a granddaughter of notable social reformist Pattukotai Davis Vanthirires.
The couple was blessed with two children – a daughter named Divya and a son named Deepak. Interestingly, Deepak chased his father’s footsteps and also entered films as an actor.
Rajesh lost his wife in 2012. With his death, he leaves his children behind and increases the family.
