Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha Krishnan were spotted together at AGS producer Kalpana Suresh’s son’s wedding reception in Chennai on Thursday evening. Not directly reacting to any rumors related to his relationship and immediately putting an end to it, his decision to get down in the same car and attend the event was a big move amid his ongoing divorce proceedings with his wife Sangeeta.

While the joint scene took the internet by storm, the actor may have hinted through his team as to what it means. Hours before his appearance, Vijay’s personal bodyguard Arun Suresh took to his Instagram stories and wrote in a now-deleted update, “Time to rise above all the rumors (exhale and fire emoji).” Along with this, there was also a picture of the highway, which appeared to be of the same car in which both of them were sitting.
