As reported pinkvilla First, Thama is expected to be set in two different time periods – the present-day North Indian city and the Vijayanagara Empire. Nawaz plays the main antagonist, a violent character from centuries past who seeks revenge in the present day.
Everything about the film sounds exciting on paper and there is a lot of buzz among fans about this new horror-comedy.
Meanwhile, Ayushmann has been away from films for quite some time, and is also keen to deliver a clean hit at the box office after a string of flops in recent times. Thaama could be a game changer for the actor.
