Ten hours follows the story of Inspector Castro, which struggles to resolve a complex case. As he faces a dead end, a constable reminds him of his previous successes. The story then goes into a flashback, showing what happened ten hours ago. Two incidents come to light – a girl disappears and one is a murder in a moving bus.
Castro starts adding two cases and checks if they are related. The bus consisted of several suspects in the crime, each admitted that they had a motive. The story focuses on the attempt to connect Castro’s clues together and highlight the truth behind the murder.
The murder view presents a turn with the presence of several weapons, adding complexity to the investigation. The setting of a moving bus becomes central for the plot, bringing all the suspects to a limited location. The film moves towards Castro, which is trying to validate its principle and bring justice to the culprit.

In ten hours, Gajraj, Dilipan, Jeeva Ravi, Saravan Subbiah, and Raj Ayyappa have an artist led by Sibi Satyaraj in the role of Inspector Castro. The film is written and directed by Ilaiyaraja Kalyapormal. Cinematography is handled by Jai Karthik, while KS Sundaramurthy composed music. The editing function is performed by Lawrence Kishore.
