Tech millionaire Brian Johnson suggests avoiding fast food and choosing Indian food

Millionaire tech entrepreneur Brian Johnson, who is trying to reverse aging, was in India earlier this month to promote his book ‘Don’t Die’. During his week-long trip, Johnson reportedly did not eat any Indian food because he brought with him “every calorie I would eat for six days”. However, the tech mogul has now become obsessed with Indian food. In his recent ex-post, Johnson talked about the goodness of Indian cuisine. He wrote, “Power is moving away from football and fast food to health, science and Indian food.”

The post quickly gained attention on social media and users shared divided views.

One user wrote, “True! The world’s focus is shifting towards wellness and diverse, nutritious options—Indian food definitely deserves the spotlight!”

Another said, “Taking your blueprint diet and Indianizing it by making curry with lots of (healthy) spices has really upped my cooking game. They taste great together.”

However, some people were unwilling to accept Johnson’s claims.

One asked, “Since when is naan bread healthy?”

“Isn’t Indian food traditionally so carb-heavy/protein-light?” asked a section of the audience on the social media platform.

One user wrote, “Indian food? Apart from the turmeric… it’s oil, butter and fried – at least other than the lentil dishes, most of the food I ate in India matches that description… “

Earlier, when Brian Johnson was in India, he had revealed his diet plan. Her diet plan included chickpea vegetable frittata, lemon red lentil soup and vegetable stir-fry with cauliflower rice. “What am I eating for the next four days,” the millionaire said.
