Fans of Taylor Swift may be surprised to know that a beautiful property in Franklin, Tennessee played a role in his early music career. 20 acres of Dark Horse Estate located just 25 minutes from the city Nashville, where Swift recorded a share of her debut album when she was just 15 years old.
Robin Crow, a long -time owner of Estate, shared the story in an interview with people. “At that time, I think I met her once or twice in a few weeks that she was recording here, and I never gave it a second idea,” Crow said. “And now, he is the world’s largest artist.”
The property consists of three private recording studios placed in a wooden frame building. This is where Taylor Swift recorded his early music. Crowe, owned by property for 31 years, says he saw many artists come through the property, but the rise of Swift was something special.
“I have seen that record companies throw a lot of money behind an artist and nothing will happen,” he said. “Then you have another position like Taylor Swift, and it is just magic and all kinds of lines are up.”
Dark Horse Estate has hosted several other artists over the years. Crow shared that Leon’s Kings stayed for more than three months to record, while Sean Mendes was on the site for three weeks and stayed in the mansion.
The 14,000 -square -foot mansion, called Manor, is located on the other side of the property. It has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, three kitchens and several living areas. Facilities include 34 feet long chimney, a library, a billiard room and a media room.
Today, fans can rent jagir on AirBNB. The property has a minimum of two-night migration, the prices of USD 4,958 for April. Crowe is described as an artistic gathering place where guests can relax and find inspiration. While space is used by most professional musicians, it is also open for retreat, workshops and private programs.
