TA Associates AU Small Finance Bets Out of Bank; Rs. Sells 1.26% stake in 714 CR

Private equity firm T.A. Associates have spent Rs. AU Small Finance Bank was released from its entire 1.26 percent stake in 714 crore.

According to the bulk deal data available on BSE, US -based T.A. Associates have sold 93.90 lakh shares by its ARM TA FDI investors, which accounts for 1.26 % of Jaipur -based AU Small Finance Bank (AU SFB).

The stock was disposed of at an average price of 760.07, which was priced at Rs. 713.78 crore.

Details of buyers of AU SFB shares cannot be found on BSE.

Shares of AU Small Finance Bank fell 0.93 per cent to Rs. Closed at 764.70.

      In a separate block deal on the BSE, Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) sold 1.25 lakh shares of Bajaj FinSwar for Rs 25 crore through open market transactions.

      Load was floated at an average price of Rs 1,983.8, taking the value of the deal for Rs 24.80 crore.

      These stocks were acquired by Paris -based BNP Paribas at the same price by its affiliate BNP Paribas financial markets.

      Bajaj Finnswar’s scrip was down 0.92 per cent, which settled on the BSE by Rs 1998.35.
