“I remember when there was nothing, I felt so open and insecure,” he said. The moment Erivo saw in the mirror, he thought that it would grow to like more over time. The actress revealed that she loved to “empty canvas” on her head and how it impressed her other features.
“I like there is nothing but my eyes,” he said, saying that he has felt more in his element since the big chop. Erivo also shared that he had started enjoying short hair even before he reduced the wicked role. Previously, he often wore his hair in braids of different colors.
She used to grow with a lot of hair and often used it. However, “something happened” when she was graduating from the drama school. She had an epiphyne – she wanted people to see her face more clearly.
“I thought,” I want to see that there are little hair, “he said. The actress wanted to show her as her authentic self in the audition, so she decided to shorten her hair. Erivo also reflected on the prestigious wig, which he wore as an alphaba in the blockbuster 2024 film and her creative collaboration with the hairstylist sim camp.
“I told him that I wanted to do micro braids for this character. He was so,” Hold, wait, I know what to do really, “Erivo remembered. She also revealed that she chooses projects based on more characters than overall production.
“I want to know who the character is. It is often about the person who is being asked to portray,” he said.
