Jacqueline Fernandez feels fitter after Pilates session

Jacqueline Fernandez has a sense of fitness
Jacqueline Fernandez has long been a member of the fit-and-fab club. On Saturday, she kickstarted her weekend on a healthy note by doing Pilates. In a video shared on Instagram by Jacqueline’s trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, the actress was seen doing a tough workout “sweating and smiling the whole time”. Her fitness coach too couldn’t stop praising Jacqueline for showing such guts and energy. She tried out a variety of full-body and stretching moves on the reformer. Her physically demanding activities included leg extensions, incline push-ups, hamstring stretches, child’s pose, tricep and back training gymnastics, and shoulder workouts. During aerobics, Jacqueline showcased her flexibility and strength, inspiring us to hit the gym immediately. Not just Pilates, Jacqueline Fernandez also loves doing yoga, sometimes with a little challenge. Earlier, the actress shared a picture on Instagram in which she tested her balancing skills by doing aerial yoga. She was hanging upside down from a swing tied to the ceiling in a white bodysuit and transparent stockings. Jacqueline balanced her body on a piece of cloth, her legs folded around it while her hands were close to her face. Aerial yoga is a type of hybrid posture that burns calories, improves blood circulation, builds core strength, increases flexibility and stimulates digestion.
