Surya completes shooting of Surya 44, shares picture with ‘Brother for Life’ Karthik Subbaraj
Surya Shivakumar has completed the shooting of his upcoming film Surya 44. He shared several pictures with the film’s cast and director Karthik Subbaraj.
Tamil superstar Suriya Sivakumar has completed shooting for Karthik Subbaraj’s Suriya 44. He shared the news on Sunday, October 6. Sharing pictures with the cast of the film, Suriya also expressed his admiration for the film’s director.
Suriya shared an adorable monochrome picture with Karthik Subbaraj and captioned it, “Had a perfect, happy shoot across multiple locations. Lots of memories with the super talented cast and crew. I got a brother for life @KarthikSubbaraj Thank you and our team for making #Surya44 a memorable experience.

Suriya 44 was announced in March this year. Sharing the first-look poster of the film, Suriya wrote, “New beginning. Need all your best wishes.”

The film, tentatively titled Suriya 44, is co-produced by Subbaraj along with Suriya’s 2D Entertainment under his banner Stone Bench Films.
Surya will next be seen in Kanguva. The film starring Bobby Deol, Disha Patani and others is scheduled to release in theaters on November 14, 2024.
