Sunny Sanskari vs Kantara Chapter 1: Varun-Janhvi Film Trails in Advance Booking

Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan’s romantic comedy, ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ is set to open with a business of more than Rs 2 crore on her early day. The upcoming film has so far collected more than Rs 1 crore in its advance booking.

A decent beginning is likely to be a decent beginning under the direction of Shashank Kheton, going through advance booking for day 1, collecting Rs 1.40 crore (without block seats) across India, as reported by. SacnilkThe report said that the film is going to open with a collection of Rs 2.56 crore (with block seats) in India. Block seats are usually held back from public sales and are reserved for objectives such as booking, publicity or specific studio schemes.

So far, 36,535 tickets have been sold for Sunny Sanskari’s Tulsi Kumari, and it has managed to get 3,776 shows across India. Sunny Sanskari’s Tulsi Kumari will clash with ‘Kanta: Chapter 1’, which has already earned more than Rs 18 crore through advance booking. Rish Shetty, supported by Homebell Films, is co-produced by director, Vijay Kirgandur and Chaluve Gowda. Apart from Shetty, it also includes Rukmini Vasant, Gulshan Devaiya and Jairam in the lead roles.

The film describes Sunny Sanskar and Tulsi Kumar’s complex story played by Varun and Janhvi respectively. Varun’s character is shown as Lavstruk, which is corrected on winning on Ananya (starred by Sanya Malhotra), which plans to propose her. Actor Rohit Sarf portrayed the character of former Vikram of Janhvi. The story further leads to a comedy-of-aerrs, which declines for Varun for a life, connects the struggle.

‘Sunny Sanskari’s Tulsi Kumari’ is supported by Dharma Productions and Mentor disciples entertainment and is co-produced by Hiru Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Other Poonwal, Shashank Khith.

The film will be dramatically released on 2 October 2025 with ‘Kanta: Chapter 1’.
