Fans of acclaimed filmmaker Subhash Ghai became worried when news of his hospitalization spread like wildfire. After rumors of him facing respiratory issues made headlines, his spokesperson immediately shared an official statement, which quashed the speculations. On December 8, the director-producer took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle and gave an update on his health, and thanked his ‘many friends’ and well-wishers for praying for him.
Subhash Ghai is a famous filmmaker who has made films like Karz, Hero, Ram Lakhan, Khalnayak, Pardes, Taal and many more. People love him so much that even the slightest news of his ill health makes them sad. But thankfully, there is nothing to worry about.
After being treated at Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital due to health concerns, Ghai took to social media to express his gratitude to all his fans and friends who have been sending him love. In her post, the celebrity wrote, “I feel very happy to know that I have so many friends who are expressing their love and affection for my health. After my busy stint at IFFI Goa. Everything is fine now, see you soon. Smile again. Thank you.”

A few days ago, the filmmaker attended the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa, where he confirmed the production of a sequel to the 2004 film Aitraaz. He has brought director Amit Rai on board for the sequel of the successful film. The producer and filmmaker also said that the team is currently working on finalizing the lead female character for the second part.
