Stree 2 box office day 12: Horror-comedy set to surpass KGF 2 Hindi earnings

According to industry tracker Saconilc, Woman 2The film starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor earned Rs 17 crore (early estimate) on Monday. The festival of Janmashtami helped the film maintain its hold at the ticket counters. This takes the total net domestic collection of the film to around Rs 419 crore.
In this way, this film is just Rs 16 crores behind the Hindi box office collection of Yash’s ‘Padmaavat’. KGF Chapter 2Which earned Rs 434.70 crores. Woman 2 Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh reported that the second weekend had recorded the best collections with earnings of ₹93.85 crore. He also added, “The urban centres are doing exceptionally well, but it’s the mass pockets that are truly in a league of their own… In fact, tier-2 and tier-3 markets are witnessing this level of frenzy after a long time.”

Woman 2Starring Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee and Pankaj Tripathi, the film will have another week without any competition as there is no big film releasing on the upcoming Friday, August 30. Even in September, without any big film releases, it has a chance to rule the ticket counters.
