‘RRR’ director SS Rajamouli, who was to promote his Netflix documentary ‘RRR: Back and Beyond’ in Japan, praised the performance of Junior NTR in the song ‘Komuram Bhimudo’ while interacting with the media.

The powerhouse performance of Junior NTR in SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ continues to praise for a long time after the film’s global success. Recently, director SS Rajamouli opened about one of the most prestigious moments of the film – emotionally charged ‘Komuram Bhimudo’ song – and appreciated Junior NTR for their intensity and commitment.
Speaking about filming the raw sequence emotionally, Rajamouli said, “The shooting of the song was easy because the tark (Junior NTR) looked like a person he has. We all know that he is a brilliant actor, but in this particular song, he was at a different level. He was every expression – he was every expression – in which he was worked on his fate or jaw.

The director of ‘Bahubali’ also used the moment to appreciate the work of the choreographer, Prem Ratitit. He said, “I will give a lot of credit to the sequence choreographer, Prem Ratit. The way he should be tied, how it should be hung,” choreographed his contribution to the end result of the song.
The actor, known for his commanding performance in Telugu cinema, is now ready to make his Bollywood debut in ‘War 2’, where he will share the screen with Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani. YRF Actioner, who promises a fresh avatar for high-octane stunts and JR NTR, is one of the most awaited PAN-India release in 2025, and will conflict with Rajinikanth’s ‘Cooli’ on 14 August.
On the other hand, SS Rajamouli, Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Prithviraj Sukumaran are busy production of SSMB29. The untitled film is set against the background of Kashi and slated to release for some time in 2027.
