SRK rides a train from Delhi-Kolekata in rare pictures shared by an old friend
Actor Amar Talwar shared rare old pictures of Shah Rukh Khan from the days of his theater, which showed the superstar during the train journey with friends before fame.

Veteran actor Amar Talwar recently took down the memory lane by sharing rare black and white photos of superstar Shah Rukh Khan from his early days. It was long before becoming the king of Bollywood. These pictures taken about 35 years ago, along with their theater friends, traveling by train from Delhi to Kolkata show a young SRK.
Amar compiled old photos in a video and posted on his official Instagram handle. “35 years ago from the ride of that train … Delhi to Kolkata … Divya and Deepika and Sanjay and Deepak and Deepak and Rituraj and Beni and Mohit, and I was behind the camera, and where he was hell barry,” he wrote in the caption.
In pictures, Shah Rukh is seen standing near the train door, smiling, clicking photos and enjoying the journey. In a picture, he looks lost in the idea, staring out. In the second, the entire group was seen resting at a railway station between Delhi and Kolkata.
These old pictures bring back memories of simple, joyful days of traveling with friends and chasing dreams. SRK’s expressions and the captured moments showed the bond shared with their theater group.
Amar Talwar, who is known for his role in 1994 in the DD National show ‘Shanti – Ek Ghar Ki Kahani’, starred in the 2001 hit film ‘Kabi Khusi Kabi Gum’ with Shah Rukh Khan.
SRK started his acting career on TV with shows like ‘Fauji’, ‘Circus’ and ‘Idiot’. She made her Bollywood debut in 1992 with ‘Deewana’. Today, he is one of the biggest stars in the country, recently hits like ‘Pathan’, ‘Jawan’ and ‘Dunki’. He will next be seen in ‘King’ along with his daughter Suhana Khan and actor Deepika Padukone, along with others. The film is being directed by Siddharth Anand and is set to release next year.
