New Delhi: Low-cost airline SpiceJet on Monday reported a six-fold increase in its net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024. In the year-ago period, Rs. 344 crore to Rs. 386 crores.
SpiceJet’s net profit in the same period last year was Rs. 17 crore, a company statement said.
Ajay Singh, Chairman and Managing Director, SpiceJet, said, “The results reflect our relentless efforts to enhance operational efficiency and our commitment to turn around the company’s fortunes.”
He added that SpiceJet is well positioned for further growth in the coming quarters.
“As we move forward, we are looking for new fundraising opportunities to further fuel our growth plans.”
