1. Nayanthara wrote an open letter against Dhanush:
In recent developments, South cinema’s leading lady and young actress Nayanthara has written an open letter in response to actor Dhanush, who has accused her of copyright infringement. The open letter states that the filmmaker has accused him of using material from the film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, produced by Dhanush, in his upcoming Netflix documentary.
However, the actress has denied the allegations, stating that the content used was taken from behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage taken on her personal phone, which led to a fight between them.

2. Pushpa 2 trailer launch event and Sreeleela’s dance cameo
Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule is set to release on December 5, 2024. As the film gets closer to releasing on the big screen, the makers have decided to hold a trailer launch event, which will begin on November 17, 2024, in Patna. Following the trailer launch, promotional events will continue across the country, culminating in Hyderabad.
Ahead, Pushpa 2: The one who makes the rules has announced that Sreeleela will have a dance number in the film. Similar to Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s appearance in Pushpa: The Rise, the actress is set to dance with the stylish star in a cameo appearance.
3. Kamal Haasan avoided using his surname ‘Ulaganayagan’
After using the surname Ulaganayagan for years, famous actor Kamal Haasan has formally requested his fans and followers not to use the surname while addressing him.
The actor wrote an official post on his X (formerly Twitter) handle, in which he asked the public and media to call him only Kamal Haasan, Kamal or KH.
4. Suriya Starrer Kanguva Release
After much wait, Suriya starrer magnum opus, Kanguva, directed by Siva, is set to release on the big screens on November 14, 2024. The film also starred Bobby Deol and Disha Patani in lead roles, and told the story of a brave tribal warrior. Her mysterious relationship with a man in the past and present time.
The film, which is considered to be one of the most expensive films ever made in India, however, received mixed to negative reviews from critics.
