Superstar Rajinikanth is currently in the final stages of his next release, Jailer 2, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. Now, recalling his experience working on the film, actor Suraj Venjaramoodu has shared his thoughts.

According to an interview with Cinema Vikatan, Suraj Venjaramoodu Said, “Nelson puts serious issues inside a comedy scene. It’s brilliant; no one else in Indian cinema does that. I have combination scenes with Rajinikanth sir, and I was very stressed. While he was acting, scenes from all his films were flashing before my eyes. My challenge was to overcome that feeling and speak my dialogues.”
Continuing, Sooraj said, “Rajinikanth sir helps his co-stars and appreciates them. He told me, ‘Veera Dheera Sooran Pathen. Nalla Irukku. Nalla Nadichrukinga.’ (I watched Veera Dheera Suran. It’s really good. You have acted very well.) He is the only superstar ever.’

jailer 2 It is an upcoming sequel starring Rajinikanth in the lead role and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The action-comedy film will see the superstar reprising his role as “Tiger” Muthuvel Pandian, with Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar also returning to reprise their previous roles.
Along with Mithun Chakraborty and Vidya Balan in the lead roles, SJ Suryah is also set to play a negative role in the film. Additionally, actress Nora Fatehi is expected to feature in a special dance number. Additionally, there are speculations that Shah Rukh Khan will play a small role as a police officer. Vijay Sethupathi is also rumored to appear in a cameo role.
Rajinikanth and Sooraj’s work front
After Jailer 2, Rajinikanth The tentatively titled Thalaivar 173 will be seen in the lead role. The film is to be directed by Don fame Siby Chakraborty, the team has already started pre-production.
Apart from this, Rajinikanth will also be seen in an upcoming film titled KHxRK Reunion with Kamal Haasan. While more details are awaited, the film is expected to begin shooting later this year and release during Diwali or Ayudha Puja in 2027.
On the other hand, Sooraj Venjaramoodu will be seen in a pivotal role in the upcoming romantic comedy Youth starring Asuran fame Ken Karunas. Additionally, the actor also has the film Texla directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth.
