Sony has also confirmed the outage and said it is working on resolving the issue. “You may have difficulty launching games, apps, or network features. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience,” Sony reads on the PSN status page.
According to the PSN service status page, “some services are experiencing issues”, including account management issues – signing in to an account, creating an account, and editing account details. This problem is being faced by PS Vita, PS3, PS4, PS5 and web users. Sony has also confirmed that users are also facing issues streaming games on PS Vita, PS3, PS4, PS5, and web platforms. “You may have difficulty launching games, apps, or network features,” the website reads.
Additionally, the outage has also affected the PlayStation Store – including experiencing problems purchasing, downloading, browsing, searching for titles, and redeeming vouchers. This issue also affects PS Vita, PS3, PS4, PS5, Web and other users.
