Sony India has launched the Bravia TV series in India. The TVs offer significant upgrades in home entertainment technology. This new series promises superb picture quality, immersive sound and a user-friendly interface. The Bravia 3 series comes in various sizes ranging from 43 inches to 85 inches. Each model features the 4K HDR Processor X1, which improves picture quality by upscaling non-4K content to near 4K resolution. TRILUMINOS Pro technology enhances colour accuracy, making visuals more vibrant. For smooth fast-paced action, Motionflow XR increases the number of images displayed per second, reducing image blur.
Sony Bravia 3 Series: Price and availability
These models are available across Sony Centres, leading electronic stores and e-commerce portals in India. Here are the details: Sony has announced multiple models, but right now the company has revealed prices of only two of its models – the K-55S30 is priced at Rs 93,990, while the K-65S30 is priced at Rs 1,21,990. Both the models are available for purchase right now. Prices of the other models will be announced soon.

The TVs in this series support Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The BRAVIA 3 Series comes with Google TV, which provides access to over 400,000 movies and TV episodes and 10,000 apps and games. Additionally, the hands-free voice search feature with Google Assistant allows users to control the TV with voice commands, adding convenience and accessibility.
With Sony Pictures Core, users can stream the latest releases and a selection of classic films from Sony Pictures. PureStream technology offers HDR movie streaming at up to 80 Mbps, delivering picture quality comparable to 4K UHD Blu-ray.
For gamers, the BRAVIA 3 series includes features such as Auto HDR Tone Mapping and Auto Game Mode, which enhance the gaming experience by minimising lag and optimising HDR settings. The Game Menu feature provides easy access to gaming status, settings and assist functions.
The Eco Remote is made using 80% recycled plastic, and the TV’s Eco Dashboard helps optimize energy consumption. The packaging size has been reduced by 15%, and the overall weight has been reduced by 12%, reflecting Sony’s commitment to sustainability.
