After the stupendous success of ‘Heeramandi’, Sonakshi Sinha will be seen in ‘Kakuda’ alongside Riteish Deshmukh, Saqib Saleem and Asif Khan. The film will release on Zee5. The first poster of the film was released on June 21.

Sonakshi Sinha, Riteish Deshmukh, Saqib Saleem and ‘Panchayat’ actor Asif Khan have joined the first team for his upcoming supernatural comedy ‘Kakuda’. The film is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar of ‘Zombivili’ and ‘Munjya’ fame.

Sonakshi looked scared in the first poster of the film, which also features Ritesh and Saqib. A ghostly figure was seen floating behind them in the background.

‘Kakuda’ promises to be a ‘thrilling and hilarious adventure’ that takes place in the haunted village of Ratodi. The film is a mix of horror and comedy and has many laugh-out-loud moments as well as spine-chilling horror scenes.

In this film, Sonakshi and Saqib are working together for the first time. For those who don’t know, let us tell you that Saqib’s sister Huma Qureshi is one of Sonakshi’s closest friends.

‘Kakuda’ will release on ZEE5 on July 12.
