Actress Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are set to tie the knot today, June 23, under the Special Marriage Act. After completing the legal formalities, the couple will host a wedding reception at a posh restaurant in Mumbai. DJ Ganesh, who will play at the reception, has shared details about the guest list for the event.

According to DJ Ganesh, Sonakshi and Zaheer have invited around 1000 guests to their wedding ceremony. “Sonakshi has thrown a private reception at Bastian in Dadar. I think 1,000 people have been invited. So, I think it will be a complete Bollywood mix-off till 4 am,” DJ Ganesh told. Dubai Brew.

DJ Ganesh recently performed at the wedding of actress Rakul Preet Singh and Jacky Bhagnani. He also performed at the wedding reception of actor Randeep Hooda.

According to Sonakshi and Zaheer’s wedding invitation, the reception party will begin at 8 pm at Bastian in Mumbai. The guest list includes close friend Salman Khan and the cast of Netflix series Heeramandi. However, Manisha Koirala will not be attending the ceremony as she was spotted leaving Mumbai on Sunday morning.

Ahead of her wedding, Sonakshi Sinha hosted a puja ceremony at her Mumbai residence, which was attended by her parents Poonam Sinha and Shatrughan Sinha and close friend Huma Qureshi.

Sonakshi also organised a mehendi ceremony with her close friends, pictures of which were shared on social media.

On the work front, Sonakshi Sinha was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama Heeramandi, where she was praised for her performance.
