Actress Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are set to get married on June 23. The pre-wedding festivities have already begun, with Sonakshi sharing pictures of her bachelorette party on Instagram, which was attended by her friends, including Huma Qureshi and Zaheer’s sister Sanam.

According to a report Hindustan TimesSonakshi and Zaheer’s haldi ceremony will take place on June 20, at Sonakshi’s new home in Bandra, attended by close friends and family, with a total of less than 50 people.

A source told the news portal, “The haldi ceremony will take place at Sonakshi’s new house in Bandra, which she recently bought after moving out of her parent’s house. It will be a small ceremony attended by only close friends and family members. Less than 50 people have been invited for the ceremony, and hence they chose Sonakshi’s house as the venue.”

Both Sonakshi and Zaheer want their wedding functions to be private. They are planning to conclude the celebrations with a grand reception for their industry friends. Sonakshi has opted for a minimal theme for her haldi ceremony, avoiding the traditional yellow and pink decorations.

Sonakshi and Zaheer’s wedding invitation is designed like a magazine cover, with a cute picture from their vacation. Their wedding celebration will take place on June 23 at 8 pm at Bastian in Mumbai. The dress code for the night is formal and the couple has asked guests to avoid wearing red.
