Sonakshi disables comments on wedding post; Congress leader calls it ‘hate’
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal have turned off comments on their wedding post on Instagram. Congress leader Supriya Shrinate spoke about the ‘hate being hurled at her’ in a post on Instagram.

Congress leader Supriya Shrinet spoke about the ‘hate’ being hurled against newlyweds Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal over their wedding. This comes after the couple turned off comments on their wedding posts on their respective Instagram pages. Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal had a civil marriage on June 23 in Mumbai in the presence of their friends and family members.
Supriya Shrinet wrote on her official ex account, “Two people in love, who have been in a relationship for 7 years, get married. It is expected that they will get a lot of love and congratulatory messages wishing them all the best for the future. But instead, she has had to turn off the comments on her Instagram feed to avoid hate towards her.”
He then wished Sonakshi and Zaheer a happy life and gave his blessings to the toxic trolls.
He wrote, “Wishing you both a marriage filled with love, understanding and trust – something the trolls know nothing about. Wishing you both a happy and ever after – Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal. God bless these nasty and toxic trolls too.”

Before marriage, Zaheer Iqbal’s father Iqbal Ratnasi had told Free Press Journal He said that there will be no Hindu or Muslim rituals in the wedding. He also said that the ‘Hiramandi’ actor will not convert to Islam after marriage.
He said, “There will be neither Hindu nor Muslim rituals. It will be a civil marriage. She is not converting, and that is for sure. Their union is a union of hearts, and religion has no role to play in it. I believe in humanity. Hindus call God Bhagwan and Muslims Allah. But at the end of the day, we are all human beings. My blessings are with Zaheer and Sonakshi.”
After their civil marriage, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal hosted a party for their friends and family members at Bastian in Mumbai. The party was attended by Salman Khan, Kajol, Rekha, Siddharth, Aditi Rao Hydari, Tabu and many others from the Hindi film industry.
